Certified by the local fire department by appointment
Water/Sewer Payoff
For public sewer

For private sewer
Title Search
(Usually paid by the buyer but . . . paid by the seller in some counties)

6-D Certificate
For condo owners: certifies complete condo fee pay-off
Utilities
These include final pay-offs for:
Electric, Gas, Oil, Propane, Phone, Cable, Trash Pick-Up, Landscaping Service, Snow Removal, etc.
