Renaissance Lofts Unit Reservation

Buyer ________________________________ and ______________________________, hereby deposit $____________________

on ___________________, 200   , for the sole purpose of reserving Unit _________ in the Renaissance Lofts building located at 406

Lincoln Street in Marlborough, MA.

Buyer shall have the option to terminate this Agreement, in writing, up until 30 days after the signing of this agreement.  Prior to this date the buyer shall receive a full refund of all deposits after a “Release of Deposit” form has been signed by both parties.

Buyer agrees to provide Seller with a pre-approval letter from a financial institution within 15 days of the date of reservation. Buyer agrees to prepare and arrange for a meeting with the Developer to discuss particulars about their unit within 30 days of the date of reservation.
