For a Condo/Townhouse Purchase:

• Bank Certified Check – Call closing office 2 days before closing for amount

• Certificate of Insurance (Master Insurance Policy from condo management)

• License or Picture ID

For All Other Purchases:

• Bank Certified Check – Call closing office 2 days before closing for amount

• Original Insurance Binder – From your insurance company (Replacement insurance coverage)

• License or Picture ID
